I'm not going to use the many-a-time used beginning of 'Well it's been a while since I last updated this' cause, well, it's been so damn long it doesn't even matter! I have posted a new piece for the first time in ages after a recent trip to Scotland enjoying some rather wintry conditions with the guys. Managed to get up the two Munroes on Ben Cruachan in a blizzard and came down feeling absolutely shattered after an epic decent. Still all in one piece though which we have Jim to thank for navigating us all the way down despite the conditions and the extra near-200m ascent we had to put in to get there. Ah well!! :D

Am still working at Ultimate and still enjoying it. They are putting me through a management course at Lancaster Uni which will be an awesome thing to put on the CV but does mean that any thoughts of moving on will have to be put on hold for a little while now. Still means I can take full advantage of my discount - it's not like there're many other, perks apart from the people! Have also now moved in with my girlfriend Anna, have been living in a nice flat pretty much in the town centre since the start of October. It's been awesome so far so long may that continue. :) Everything is about 5mins away except the local independant cinema which is about 25secs away. Have some sweet films on there and the place is wonderful too.

So anyway, I'll try and be a bit more active on here from now on. One of the reasons for my lack of activity was pictures not looking quite as good as I hoped but discovered a rogue setting on my camera which has now been adjusted and things are looking much better. Have got some inspired ideas going round my head for various projects so will have to see how they turn out. Am off to Buxton over the weekend too so should be able to get something good all being well. Wish me luck!!

Where you live is so pretty, I want to go back so bad. Ive been there once and only for a week. It was so long ago too, that back then All I had was a Kodak point and shoot for memories only. Now that I am full blown into photo taking....I wish I could go back.
